Overview
Tarangire National Park spans over 2,850 square kilometers and offers a classic African landscape of savannahs dotted with ancient baobab trees. The park’s Tarangire River is a vital water source, attracting a high concentration of wildlife, especially during the dry season. Known for its massive elephant population, the park also hosts lions, leopards, zebras, wildebeests, and over 550 bird species.
