After breakfast, travel to Tarangire National Park. Known for its majestic baobab trees and large elephant herds, the park also shelters buffaloes, zebras, giraffes, and over 550 bird species. Head to Serengeti National Park, home to the world’s greatest wildlife migration. The endless plains are dotted with granite kopjes, where lions and leopards often rest. Depending on the season, witness herds of wildebeest and zebras moving in search of water and grazing lands. Dinner and overnight at Serengeti Whisper Tented Camp.
Spend the day exploring Serengeti’s diverse landscapes—short grass plains, acacia woodlands, and seasonal rivers. Spot predators like cheetahs and hyenas, along with elephants and giraffes. Enjoy an early morning game drive in Serengeti before traveling to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Dinner and overnight at Eileen’s Tree Inn Karatu.
After breakfast, descend into the Ngorongoro Crater for an incredible safari experience. Home to around 25,000 animals, the crater offers the chance to spot the Big Five, including the rare black rhino. After a picnic lunch, drive back to Arusha for dinner and overnight at Mrimba Hotel Arusha.
